As a consequence of this interaction and the virtual communication, it is necessary to guarantee the legal validity of the information provided, as well as the transactions, through the use of digital certificates.
The technology was also able to grant to law professionals, computational tools that simplified and perfected their tasks. However, this same technology has innovated and potentiated an occurrence of crimes, such as copyright infringement. Seeking a materiality and authorship of the crimes practiced in this environment, the scholars of both areas are united in the computer forensic analysis.
